The Green Mark certification scheme was introduced in Singapore, in January 2005. At its core, it\u2019s a green building rating system created to assess a building’s performance and environmental impact. This is part of Singapore\u2019s URA Master Plan, the statutory land use plan which guides the country\u2019s development in the medium term over the next few decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
