Project Requirements
The NCS Hub project at Block C, 7th storey, involves converting an office space into a new server room. Key requirements include housing seven 4kW server racks, installing a dedicated cooling system, and implementing a Novec 1230 fire suppression system to replace the existing sprinkler system. The project also necessitates designing and providing electrical provisions for the racks.

End Result
The office-to-server room conversion at NCS Hub Block C was successfully completed. The project delivered a fully operational and compliant server facility. Effective project management ensured timely execution and adherence to specifications, including all necessary regulatory approvals for Building Plan and M&E services. The new space is now operating for its intended purpose.
